U.S. Environmental Protection Agency - Information Technology Solutions - Business Information Strategic Support (ITS-BISS) II

 

 

ICF International has been awarded a new multiple-award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Office of Acquisition Management and sponsored by EPA Office of Environmental Information's Office of Technology and Planning (OTOP). The Information Technology Solutions - Business Information Strategic Support (ITS-BISS, pronounced Its-Biz) II Contract is national in scope and will support EPA’s OEI as well as EPA's National Program, Administrative, Regional, and Field Offices.

ITS-BISS II provides EPA with a broad range of information technology and information management (ITIM) technical and professional services with emphasis on integrated program management support services and independent assessments and support services. ITS-BISS II also provides services to support EPA information priorities such as implementing enterprise information tools and services.

    ICF International Wins $107.6 Million Contract to Support U.S. Environmental Protection Agency

    ICF International (NASDAQ:ICFI), a leading provider of consulting services and technology solutions to government and commercial clients, has been awarded a new contract by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Environmental Information (OEI) to support the agency’s Information Technology Solutions - Business Information Strategic Support II (ITS-BISS II) program. The multiple-award blanket purchase agreement has a term of five years with a maximum value to ICF of $107.6 million.

Ordering Process: There are four steps for a customer to create a task order through the ITS-BISS contract:

  • STEP 1: The customer prepares and submits a Task Order Request for Proposal (TORFP) package and submits it to the ITS-BISS Team.
  • STEP 2: The ITS-BISS team (PM and CO) reviews the TORFP and submits it to the ID/IQ holders.
  • STEP 3: The ITS-BISS team, in conjunction with the customer, shall evaluate all responses received from the ID/IQ holders using the evaluation criteria provided to the ID/IQ holders.
  • STEP 4: The ITS-BISS team places the order with the ID/IQ holder that represents the best value.
