Infocast's 16th Annual Transmission Summit 2013

Categorized Under: Energy

ICF International will sponsor, exhibit, and present at Infocast's 16th Annual Transmission Summit 2013, an event that brings together energy professionals to discuss opportunities and challenges facing the transmission industry throughout the United States.

ICF's energy expert Elliot Roseman will deliver a presentation that focuses on several salient topics, including FERC Order 1000, the need to replace our aging infrastructure, and other policies driving transmission investment. ICF's Kiran Kumaraswamy will moderate a panel discussion that will focus on challenges posed by the coming retirement of coal-fired generation and the speed of response needed in an industry where a “short” project timeline stretches out 8–9 years.
