Lessons Learned from 2011 CEQA Cases

Environmental Compliance Webinar Series
Categorized Under: Environment

Keeping up with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) is as much about looking at the lessons from recent litigation, as it is about the changes to the CEQA statutes and guidelines. In 2011, there were more than 20 published court cases (including a decision by the California Supreme Court) relating to CEQA. These decisions opined on important issues such as baseline, greenhouse gases (GHG), reliance on standards and regulations, effects of the environment on projects, and water supply assessment.

Join our panel of ICF CEQA experts for an engaging review of the key lessons that 2011 CEQA court cases provide.
