R.C. Brody specializes in assisting clients obtain permits and other work authorizations per the U.S. Clean Water Act (CWA) and the state Fish and Game Code and Water Quality/Coastal Acts, including achieving compliance with the federal and state Endangered Species Act (ESA). Mr. Brody is a professional wetland delineator and conducts associated aquatic floral and faunal surveys, including special status and others. He crafts high-quality restoration plans, manages their implementation, and conducts follow-up ecological census taking and long-term quantitative assessments. He has successfully negotiated and coordinated numerous off-site mitigation banking, in-lieu fee (ILF), conservation easement, and land preservation agreements.
