    Anne Nelson  has more than 20 years of experience in Federal Government and commercial survey and social science research. She has worked on studies for both the military and civilian sectors from initial study design to briefing of findings and recommendations to senior-level government staff. She also has designed and delivered training and technical assistance on research methodology and organizational change management to Federal Government personnel, military leaders, and federal grantees.

    She serves as the overall program manager for a military Morale, Welfare and Recreation project validation assessment and related construction studies across the Army, Marine Corps, Air Force, and Navy.
