ICF programmed and hosted a web survey fielding for five months, which collected data related to the medical history of people who may have suffered ill effects from exposure to the chemical compound commonly referred to as C-8.
ICF collected nearly 70,000 surveys for this court-mandated project. Respondents were also given the option to complete a paper survey, and for mailed-back paper surveys, the web survey was used as the data entry tool in order to track and combine all results.
