Through four, multi-year and multi-task Cooperative Agreements, ICF assists the HUD Office of Block Grant Assistance to provide outreach, training, and technical assistance to Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) grantees.
ICF is supporting development of the Office of Community Planning and Development Outcome Measurement System, including a program guidebook, training and implementation materials, conference planning and delivery, and webcast materials. We are also providing technical assistance to specific communities, developing and delivering training on the CDBG program through Basically CDBG and Basically CDBG for States, and developing and delivering training on HUD’s Integrated Disbursement and Information System for CDBG grantees.
