ICF provides technical assistance (TA) that helps the HUD Neighborhood Stabilization Program grantees achieve the highest level of performance and results.
ICF responds to HUD-identified technical assistance needs by marketing the availability of our services within the identified communities, conducting needs assessments, and providing technical assistance that aligns with HUD’s priorities for the program. HUD’s TA priority areas include improvement of 1) grantee management and performance measurement capabilities, 2) ability to serve low-income households and underserved populations, and 3) capacity building for public-private partnerships.
