ICF designed and delivered an advanced simulation for behavior assessment for the Center for Army Leadership. The Army Leadership Handbook describes the importance of a leader’s ability to assess the current developmental needs of others. ICF's simulation is based on the following principals:
- Leaders must gather from multiple sources to get a better understanding of leadership strengths and development needs.
- Leaders must obtain accurate, detailed assessments from peers, subordinates, and others who work with your subordinate leader.
- Leaders must accurately observe leader performance and identify strengths and development needs.
- Leaders must synthesize all observations and information into an accurate assessment of a subordinate leader’s strengths and development needs.
