ICF has developed a highly realistic influence and negotiation training system for Army Knowledge Online (AKO) that combines realistic human behavior models, realistic avatars, and expertise in negotiation and resistance techniques.

According to the U.S. Army Leadership Handbook, the greatest developmental needs for the Extends Influence competency are:

  • Negotiates for understanding
