ICF reviewed blueprints and provided recommendations to create a flexible and responsive child care space to serve current and future employees of DOW Chemical International Pvt. Ltd., in Chennai, India. An online needs assessment was conducted to measure potential demand for onsite child care and a Request for Proposal (RFP) was formulated to gather in-depth information on child care vendors’ capabilities, staffing, experience, program philosophy, and goals. This facilitated the selection of the best vendor.
