ICF is the lead contractor responsible for all of BGE's Residential and Industrial and Commercial (I&C) Energy Efficiency and Conservation programs.
ICF provides rebate processing and customer service support for a comprehensive portfolio of energy efficiency programs targeted at BGE's commercial, industrial, and institutional customers. All programs provide program management, trade ally recruitment and training, target marketing communications and outreach, data tracking and reporting, technical assistance, call center and customer relationship services, and QA/QC services. ICF is also responsible for all phases of rebate incentive processing, from intake and evaluation through processing and payment.
