ICF conducted an analysis of the New Jersey solar renewable energy credit (SREC) market for a major mid-Atlantic utility to determine the viability of planned solar photovoltaic (PV) installations.
Part 1 of the analysis consisted of 1) a review of current pricing in the New Jersey SREC market, 2) a forecast of trends in the levelized cost of energy from solar PV in New Jersey, and 3) a discussion of solar PV supply and demand dynamics.
