ICF’s work on the Bighorn Basin Resource Management Plan (RMP) Revision Project is a combined effort involving the revision of RMPs for both the BLM Cody Field Office and BLM Worland Field Office, as well as preparing the associated Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and Records of Decision (ROD).
The project includes collaboration with multiple jurisdictions at local, state, and federal levels, multiple public scoping meetings and hearings, analysis of public comments, data integration and preparation of hundreds of geographic information systems (GIS) maps, and maintenance of a large administrative record and mailing list.
