California Coastal National Monument Resource Management Plan

Categorized Under: Environment

ICF prepared an award-winning long-range management plan and Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the California Coastal National Monument, which includes more than 20,000 islands, rocks, and islets along the entire California coast.

The management plan's goal was to balance the demands between expanding human activity and diminishing natural resources. ICF developed the scope and purpose of the management plan, prepared the proposed management plan and alternatives, and prepared the draft and final EIS plan and a coastal consistency determination.
