ICF assisted Snohomish County with public involvement and outreach services for the Snohomish County Comprehensive Plan 10-Year Update Environmental Impact Statement (EIS).
ICF assisted with communication of complex information in a easy-to-understand format and development of materials and meeting formats to ensure awareness, understanding, and education of the Comprehensive Plan update process. ICF developed and implemented a sound strategy for involving the public in providing productive input for the Comprehensive Plan effort, development of an “At A Glance” summary of Comprehensive Plan information, and implementation of informational public preference surveys. ICF provided overall meeting coordination and facilitation services and provided strategic planning services for a joint meeting of the Snohomish County Council and Planning Commission.
