ICF managed the groundwater restoration program at the U.S. Department of Energy NETL-Albany, Oregon, including investigation, regular monitoring, risk assessment, and remediation planning.
ICF developed the site-wide Groundwater Monitoring Plan (GMP)—updated annually—and conducted optimization studies. ICF conducted the investigation and human health risk assessment of chlorinated solvents in the groundwater and of dense non-aqueous phase liquids (DNAPL) onsite and offsite under an elementary school and in private drinking water wells.
