ICF conducted a corridor study and prepared all environmental permit documents and permit modifications for the 19-mile sewer pipeline for Natomas and West Sacramento’s sewage pump station. Challenges included endangered species take permits under both state and federal Endangered Species Act (ESA) and mitigation for wetlands and species habitats.
