ICF prepared the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the City of Los Angeles for the upgrade of its wastewater collection system.
The Northeast Interceptor Sewer (NEIS) and the Eagle Rock Interceptor Sewer (ERIS) are intended to provide additional conveyance capacity to eliminate sewage overflows in the Eagle Rock area and to provide capacity to safely accommodate future projected flows. ICF also prepared an Addendum to the EIR as a result of project changes.
