ICF is reviewing and preparing environmental assessments (EAs) and environmental impact statements (EISs) for projects submitted to the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Loan Programs Office.
The projects are submitted by loan applicants in response to a variety of solicitations, including fossil energy advanced technologies, energy efficiency, renewable energy, advanced transmission and distribution technologies, and advanced-technology vehicle manufacturing. ICF also is helping the DOE Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Program review Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program and State Energy Program grant applications funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. This support includes helping DOE make National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) determinations and managing and preparing EAs for projects throughout the United States and its territories.
