ICF is assisting Pandion Systems in preparing the HCP and environmental assessment (EA) for a proposed wind farm in northern Missouri. ICF is providing strategic review of the HCP and assistance with the biological goals and objectives.
The HCP will cover three bat species, including the Indiana bat. We are also preparing the environmental setting and environmental consequences sections of the EA. The project consists of almost 30 turbines.
