ICF, in collaboration with its partner Advocates for Human Potential (AHP), developed a series of products to be used by Continuums of Care (CoCs) in addressing the employment needs of individuals served by McKinney-Vento programs.
The CoC products include guidebooks on topics such as workforce planning and strategies to build collaboration and partnerships; teleconference proceedings and accompanying materials; training materials for the Earned Income Disregard (EID) work incentive; and a nine-part lecture series that focused on employment issues for target populations.
