ICF designed and is maintaining and augmenting HUD’s Homelessness Resource Exchange (HRE), a one-stop shop for resources and information for homelessness assistance providers and stakeholders.
The HRE is used by the HUD Office of Special Needs Assistance Programs as its primary communication vehicle for outreach to grantees.
