ICF leads content management and direction for the National Responsible Fatherhood Clearinghouse (NRFC), which serves as a national repository and distribution center for information and research relating to responsible fatherhood programs, initiatives and activities.

ICF manages a call center; provides conference outreach; manages listservs used by federal and contract staff to communicate with the Office of Family Assistance (OFA) Responsible Fatherhood grantees; provides technical management and archiving of a monthly technical assistance webinar series; triages technical assistance requests; and supports roundtable events, including White House Town Hall Meetings, on responsible fatherhood. The NRFC features the President's Fatherhood and Mentoring Initiative, a partnership between the ACF, White House Office of Faith-based and Neighborhood Partnerships, National Responsible Fatherhood Clearinghouse, parents, family-serving organizations, and other leaders from across the country, to show support for the children in our communities.
