ICF manages OVC TTAC, the gateway to current training and technical assistance for victim service providers and allied professionals who serve crime victims.

ICF offers OVC TTAC with essential tools and services designed to enhance knowledge and skills, improve direct services to victims and their families, and support program operations and sustainability. Available resources include standardized trainings and academies designed to meet the needs of individuals with varying levels of experience in victim services, as well as customized technical assistance for professionals and organizations seeking skills-building and/or program development support. Other tools include scholarships for those needing assistance with continuing education opportunities. ICF also provides conference support for eligible agencies and organizations hosting state and national conferences that focus on the enhancement of services to crime victims and their loved ones.
