Supportive Services in Housing Technical Assistance Center

Categorized Under: Families + Communities

ICF is providing all of the logistical support for SAMHSA’s Supportive Services in Housing program’s annual conferences and is conducting on-site grantee needs assessments.

The program helps prevent or reduce chronic homelessness by funding additional services for individuals and families experiencing chronic homelessness in coordination with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s existing permanent supportive housing programs and resources. The technical assistance center will assist program grantees by conducting grantee needs assessments; facilitating grantee peer-to-peer technical assistance; developing instructional materials and group learning products; and organizing an annual joint conference for CMHS and CSAT (Center for Substance Abuse and Treatment) grantees.
