ICF provided technical assistance to Systems of Care grant communities on all aspects of program development and implementation to improve outcomes for children and families involved with the child welfare system.
ICF supports child welfare agencies in their efforts to develop the infrastructures necessary to implement systemic change. For Systems of Care, we provided technical assistance on the design and implementation of local program evaluations and designed and conducted a cross-site evaluation of the grant cluster, including process and impact evaluation components. We also support knowledge transfer and capacity building within child welfare systems through product development and dissemination activities.
