The Office of Fraud Detection and National Security is charged with the mission of ensuring the integrity of the legal immigration system by deterring, detecting, and pursuing fraud and national security concerns. ICF's team has been able to support a broad range of activities to support all of the FDNS branches and leadership. To support the FDNS leadership, ICF's team helped update FDNS' Strategic Plan, evaluate organization-wide business processes, develop and track plans in support of large programs, define and design standard management reports for the organization, and much more. We developed project planning templates, based on government and industry best practices, in order to integrate project planning into operations so that critical milestones are not missed. To support this effort, we provided Mission Support Branch management with weekly project schedules and project management support.
