Post-Project Sustainability Evaluation of Bangladesh Concern Child Survival Project

Categorized Under: Families + Communities, Health, International Development

ICF International conducted a five-year post-project evaluation of the Concern Child Survival Project, an urban community-based maternal and child health project. The evaluation first tested the sustainability assessment framework as a way to evaluate the progress. Assessments were repeated as part of the project final evaluation and three years after the end of the project. Finally, the same evaluation model was used, combining longitudinal quantitative and qualitative measures, to evaluate the sustainability of health outcomes and to review changes in two municipalities of northwestern Bangladesh—Saidpur and Parbatipur.
