ICF conducted an innovative social media monitoring and analysis strategy to help the CDC and Agency for Toxic Substances understand how the public is using emerging media to discuss issues related to environmental health.

The analysis identified public online usage patterns and opinions and will help inform and guide future CDC communication efforts.
