ICF is currently aiding the U.S. Department of Education's Federal Student Aid (FSA) program with developing leaders to achieve its mission. ICF is engaged in a facilitated process that couples training with coaching to accomplish a mind shift that strengthens manager/employee relationships, targets performance accountability, and focuses on obtaining performance results that satisfy customers and the FSA mission.
ICF worked with FSA to develop a workshop that allowed managers to work through common performance issues, discuss accountability and equity in the performance management process, and ultimately draft performance elements and standards that managers can use to build results-based performance plans with employees.
