The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Office of the Assistant Administrator for Human Resource Management (AHR) contracted with ICF International to position the AHR organization to undergo the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Assessment. ICF provided support for technical assistance, leadership development and training, Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt coaching, internal surveys and assessment, training, and workshop facilitation.
ICF also developed MD-715 training for AHR executives, which was delivered in September 2010. With expertise in MD-715 procedures and thought leadership in the field of diversity and inclusion, ICF developed a highly interactive training session for AHR that will be used to proactively address the concerns of employees, external stakeholders, and other offices within FAA.
