ICF International conducted a study to discern what techniques are best used to measure leadership development programs, how effective these techniques are, and how viable these techniques may be in organizations that do not currently use them.
The need to measure the impact of development programs, and leadership development programs in particular, is twofold:
Measuring the results of any development program is the single most important way to aid in the improvement and effectiveness of the programs themselves.
