2010 U.S. Census

In our work to promote participation in the 2010 U.S. Census, ICF defined populations of interest and created the best way to reach and obtain responses from these small target populations, which included high-density ethnic communities and American Indian reservations.

ICF then used segmentation and factor analysis modeling to analyze the outreach activities that will work best in future Census activities. In addition, ICF played an instrumental role in developing and improving CSPro, the software used by the U.S. Census Bureau, for survey data processing in developing countries.
