ICF developed a compendium of traditional and innovative control strategies for on-road mobile sources that address the effects of the strategies on various pollutant emissions.
The result was a user-friendly written document, as well as a web-based tool, to allow transportation officials and others to evaluate the effects of various strategies on a range of emissions that may be of interest to them.
