ICF, in partnership with Forum for Crèche and Childcare Services (FORCES)—a national network supporting millions of women working in the unorganized sector and addressing child care issues—developed an advocacy leaflet on Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCD). FORCES actively engages its regional networks to advocate the rights of young child through its state chapters. The leaflet was developed to build capacities and strengthen awareness about the criticality of the early years for nongovernmental organization (NGO) partners of FORCES in Uttar Pradesh and Jharkhand, India. Recommendations on usage of the leaflet and dissemination of appropriate and meaningful information to different stakeholders were also provided for the NGO partners.
