Imagine...

  • Your agency consistently exceeding performance goals and offering maximum workforce flexibilities.
  • A workforce that consistently rates you the highest on employee satisfaction.
  • Your agency is considered the employer of choice by prospective job seekers everywhere.

The Results-Only Work Environment (ROWE) is an innovative management strategy where employees are free to work whenever and wherever they want, so long as they deliver the intended results. Managers shift from managing their employees' schedules to providing clear direction and support while holding their employees accountable for results. Employees focus on creative solutions to meet their customer requirements while gaining the advantage of maximum workforce flexibilities.

In this webinar, ICF International and Christy Runningen of CultureRx, discuss the Results-Only Work Environment (ROWE). ROWE is a management strategy where employees are evaluated on performance, not presence. In a ROWE, people focus on results and only results—increasing the organization’s performance while cultivating the right environment for people to manage all the demands in their lives...including work. Hear about this innovative approach currently being piloted at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and proven successful in the private sector and state and local agencies. Learn how to make ROWE a reality in your agency and hear how it’s working in other organizations. Use it to meet all of your telework requirements and so much more.
