He monitors changes in the broadband and telecommunications regulatory environment to support state, local, and commercial entities with technical and advisory services.
For the Universal Service Administrative Company, he performed program and regulatory compliance management and business process analysis to balance operational efficiency and control. He also served as an ambassador for a nationwide outreach initiative with telecommunications firms to build relationships, train industry leaders, and address issues relating to the Universal Service Fund (USF).
