Lessons Learned from 2012 CEQA Cases

Environmental Compliance Webinar Series
Categorized Under: Environment

In this webinar, ICF International's panel of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) experts review key lessons from the court decisions of 2012.

In order to stay abreast of the latest interpretations of CEQA, it is crucial to regularly review recent court decisions. In 2012, more than 25 Appellate Court cases and one decision by the California Supreme Court relating to CEQA were published. These decisions opined on a number of important issues such as the use of exemptions, contents of the administrative record, deferred mitigation, and water supply assessment.
