William Prindle supports the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Climate Protection Partnerships Division and works with utility clients on energy efficiency programs and regulatory issues.
He served as Deputy Director of the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy, managing its energy policy program and overseeing internal operations. He is nationally recognized as an energy policy expert and has provided testimony to Congress, state legislatures, and utility commissions. He holds a B.A. degree in Psychology from Swarthmore College and an M.S. in Energy Management and Policy from the University of Pennsylvania.
