    Carolyn J. Browning has expertise in Clean Water Act permitting and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance and in determining impacts and mitigations related to wetland, riparian, and aquatic ecosystems. She works with the Colorado Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation and a large stakeholder group in the Upper Arkansas River Basin to create win-win situations that protect and restore local watershed resources.

    Carolyn is an elected board member to the International Society for Ecological Restoration and she is serving as the Rocky Mountain-Great Plains Regional Representative from 2011-2013. She is also a board member to the Colorado Riparian Association and active with the Central Rockies Society for Ecological Restoration. She has a B.S. in Natural Resources Management from Colorado State University and a M.S.R. from the University of New England in Australia.
