ICF International supports program managers in achieving long-term program success in environments that demand optimal performance under tight budgets, strict regulatory mandates, and unforgiving marketplace pressures. For example, the Office of Management and Budget’s (OMB) 25-Point Implementation Plan calls for TechStat, an evidence-based accountability review of IT investments designed to address weaknesses and turn around or terminate troubled programs sooner. Federal CIOs integrating TechStat into processes at the agency and bureau levels have shown effective management of large programs.
