Implementing Neighborhood
Stabilization Programs

The housing and community development professionals at ICF International are staying abreast of the latest developments from Washington, D.C., and across the United States on the new $3.92 billion Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) created by the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008.

HUD Technical Assistance Grant for NSP

ICF has been awarded a technical assistance grant of $13.4 million from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to provide training and technical assistance services to NSP grantees. The majority of this grant, $11.9 million, is restricted to on-demand services requested by HUD Headquarters. The remaining $1.5 million is restricted to training and technical assistance services provided to Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio. See the HUD press release for more information.
