  • Ongoing compliance assessments—Compliance is not a one-time activity. ICF designs internal audit programs to sample compliance activities on a defined timetable that considers compliance history, violation risk factors, industry compliance violation trends, and compliance reporting obligations.

ICF works with clients to review findings and develop defensible positions by identifying appropriate or missing compliance evidence and documenting factors that can help reduce culpability scores.
