Modeling of U.S. GHG Legislation—What Will It Cost?
Program cost is one of the key issues in the debate on U.S. greenhouse (GHG) legislation. Adequacy of the analysis was the key issue in the recent Republican boycott of committee hearings in the Senate. In December's webinar, ICF Vice President Joel Bluestein will review the results of U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and Energy Information Administration modeling of the legislation and discuss the critical assumptions, results, and insights. He'll also discuss ICF views on some of the key factors and results.
