Services
Customized training and technical assistance for Early Childhood professionals and programs is designed to be innovative, hands-on, and based on best practices. We can meet your in-service and quality assurance needs. We address all topic areas and settings from infant/toddler to school age, as well as military child and youth programs, Head Start, and family child care homes.
We work with clients to design and conduct research in the field of early education that leads to higher quality programs for young children and their families. We also provide support for research panel/grant reviews, research/consortia meetings, and conferences; create consultant cadres; and manage data coordinating centers. Our staff uses state-of-the art qualitative and quantitative methodologies, and specialize in translating research to practice.
Trainer on Retainer
A program consultant can be assigned to your program to provide on-going support—weekly, monthly, or as needed. The trainer will work side by side with the director and/or staff to provide essential coaching, training, and resources as needed.
We can provide on-site technical assistance to support your program in assessing current level of service and developing focused action plans and time lines to meet the demands of accreditation. Support is provided for all types of accreditation including NAEYC, NAA, and QRIS.
ICF has developed a comprehensive Infant/Toddler course consisting of 10 training modules and on-site technical assistance. Completion of the course fulfills the CDA training requirements for an Infant/Toddler CDA. The course can be brought to your site and scheduled to meet your program’s needs.
We provide tailored training and technical assistance for governing bodies that accommodates the needs of newly forming boards as well as established boards or governing organizations. Examples of training topics include roles and responsibilities, developing a mission statemen, board and governance oversight, and strategic planning.
The mobile Monitoring and Evaluation Tool (mMET) is an advanced, easy-to-use software program designed to assist with the collection, analysis, and reporting of licensing, inspection, and other monitoring information. The mMet can be customized to help streamline and optimize your data collection and quality assurance initiatives.
