ICF International (Nasdaq: ICFI) announced today that the organizers of the Air Quality 2006 Energy Leadership & Emissions Reduction Conference honored ICF’s Brian Smith with the Outstanding Individual Service Award on Thursday, October 12, 2006 in Houston, Texas. The organizers (the Energy Systems Laboratory of the Texas A&M University System and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality) recognized Brian for his outstanding contributions to air quality in Texas through his support of energy efficiency and renewable energy programs in the state.
