ICF International Awarded $17M Task Order Under Department of State BPA
Firm to Provide Program and IT Management Services to Bureau of Consular Affairs

ICF Incorporated, LLC, a subsidiary of ICF International, Inc. (NASDAQ:ICFI), was recently awarded a new task order under its U.S. Department of State (DoS), Worldwide Program Management Support Services blanket purchase agreement (BPA) to provide program management support services to the Bureau of Consular Affairs, Consular Systems and Technology Division (CA/CST). The five-year agreement, which consists of one base year and four option years, began in June 2009 and is valued at approximately $17 million.
The Bureau of Consular Affairs supports more than 12,000 people in over 300 locations around the world, including 21 domestic passport facilities and two regional visa processing centers. As the public face of the DoS for millions of U.S. citizens and foreign nationals worldwide, the Bureau of Consular Affairs plays a vital role in DoS’s overall mission.
As the prime contractor under this Central Service Strategy, Planning and Management task order, ICF and its partners, KPMG LLP and Clovis, will bring a host of services to CA/CST. These services cover nine program areas including IT governance and planning, enterprise architecture, process improvement, knowledge management, portfolio management, program control and reporting, budgeting and procurement oversight, earned value management, and program management training.
