ICF International Opens New Office in West Virginia
ICF to Support Educational Initiatives and Professional Services in a Six-State Region
Fairfax, Virginia, August 12, 2009 -
ICF International announced the opening of its new office in Charleston, West Virginia, led by Dr. Kimberly Hambrick. The office will focus on ICF’s rich experience in education and related areas throughout a six-state region, including WV, KY, NC, OH, TN, and VA. ICF currently has more than 50 offices throughout the U.S. and six international locations.
“I am looking forward to collaborating with state and local educators and other stakeholders in the region, helping to meet the challenges of the changing dynamics of the area,” said Dr. Kimberly Hambrick, ICF regional director of the new office and a 20-year veteran deeply rooted in education and the Appalachian region.
“ICF understands the varying needs and challenges faced by teachers, administrators, education policymakers, students, and parents,” stated Maureen Murphy, ICF senior vice president. “We have a successful track record in education providing research, evaluation, and technical assistance services, including support for programs that have focused on issues in rural and isolated areas.”
