ICF International and SkyWorks Holdings Announce Formation of ICF-SkyWorks

ICF-SkyWorks to Market Full Suite of Advisory Services to Airline and Related Industries

ICF International (NASDAQ:ICFI), a leading provider of consulting services and technology solutions to government and commercial clients, and SkyWorks Holdings, LLC, a premier aviation financial advisory and asset management firm, announced today that they have established ICF-SkyWorks, which joins ICF airline and aviation advisory firm SH&E (SH&E/ICF) with SkyWorks Capital. ICF-SkyWorks will offer a full array of advisory services to airlines, aviation suppliers, manufacturers, and private equity and other financial services firms.

Services offered to clients by ICF-SkyWorks include investment banking/financial advisory, consulting, and restructuring. Several unique attributes offered by ICF-SkyWorks that clients cannot receive from generalist firms:
